Presentation Guidelines
- (Oral Presentations)
- Oral presenters will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for Q&A. Presenters are encouraged to bring their own computer for presentation. A projector connectable via a Mini D-sub 15 (DE15) or HDMI cable will be available.
- (Poster Presentations)
- Poster boards which can accommodate posters with widths up to 86 cm and heights up to 120 cm will be available, so the usage of A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) for printing is recommended. Thumbtacks needed to pin posters on the boards will be available at the poster presentation venue.
