第40回日本ロボット学会学術講演会

2022年9月5日(月)～9月9日(金)に『第40回日本ロボット学会学術講演会』が東京大学にて開催されますことを心よりお慶び申し上げます。ご出席される皆様方の参加登録手続のご案内を、近畿日本ツーリスト株式会社にて承ることとなりましたのでご案内申し上げます。左記のご案内をお読みいただき、お早めに手続きをいただきますようお願いいたします。皆様方のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げております。

Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT), Tokyo Branch Office will assist you in your registration and accommodation arrangements for the 40th Annual Conference of The Robotics Society of Japan (RSJ 2022), which will be held at Tokyo University, Tokyo, Japan on September 5(Mon) - 9(Fri), 2022. (*2)賛助会員学術講演会優待券の利用に関する注意：

毎年2月に、賛助会員各社の連絡窓口の方に、賛助会員学術講演会優待券を配賦させていただいておりますのでご利用ください。

優先券の裏面に当日参加登録時でのみのご利用と記載してございますが、今年度に限り早期参加登録及び当日参加登録いずれでもご利用いただけます。

早期参加登録の方が料金が割安となりますので、お早めに参加登録頂ければ幸いです。

本優待券利用の申し込みをされた方は、ご本人の氏名及び所属を記載した優待券を、速やかに次の宛先にご郵送ください。

(*3)RSJ2022の発表は東大本郷キャンパスの現地でのみ行われます。ハイブリッド形式ではありませんのでご注意ください。

Presentations for RSJ2022 will only be given on-site at the Hongo Campus of the University of Tokyo. Please note that this is not a hybrid format.

追加講演料(a lecture application fee)

参加登録料には1件分の講演の権利が含まれていますが、発表2件目からは下記追加講演料が必要になります。
The registration fee includes one lecture fee. If you will lecture more than twice you need to pay a lecture application fee below.

8月29日（月）までにご送金下さい。振込手数料はお客様にてご負担ください。

お振込み口座は、登録完了返信メールに記載させて頂きます。

※8月29日以降にお申込みされた方は、9月9日（金）までにご送金下さい。

※お振込時に振込依頼人名として参加者のお名前をご入力ください。

Please send your payment to the account stipulated in the registration confirmation e-mail by Aug 29 (Mon.).
In this case, you need to bear the bank transfer fee.

領収書・参加証について(Receipt and Certificate of Participation)

参加登録費・論文投稿費に関する領収書と参加証は、以下の通り発行いたします。
・8月22日(月)までに参加登録、お支払いを完了された方：事前にご指定の住所宛てに郵送いたします。
・8月23日(火)以降に参加登録、お支払いを完了された方：当日会場にてお渡しいたします。

The Robotics Society of Japan will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, additional paper charges, and the proceedings, and the certificate of participation,
・People who complete registration and payment by Aug 22 (Mon): You will get those items by mail.
・People who complete registration and payment after Aug 23 (Tue): You will get those items at the venue on the conference day.

変更・取消について(Change/Cancel)

下記期日までは、お申込いただいた参加登録サイトにて登録内容の変更・取消が可能です（登録時にご自身にて設定されたIDとパスワードが必要となります）。

You can change and cancel your registration through the registration site by the following date (ID and password are needed).

上記期日以降は、参加登録サイトでの変更・取消はできかねます。
期日以降の変更・取消をご希望の方は、メールにてご連絡ください。
※ご入金後は理由の如何を問わず一切返金できませんのでご了承ください。

After the date, you cannot change/cancel your registration status on the registration site.

If you want to change or cancel your registration status after the date, please contact us by e-mail.
