参加登録について

参加登録（WEB登録）は下記の登録サイトにて行ってください。
Please register through the registration site below.

事前参加登録受付期間 5月22日(月)17:00まで
Early-registration is accepted by 17:00 May 22 (JST).

事前登録締切以降のお申込は、当日登録にて承ります。
After the above deadline, you may register at the venue on the conference day.

参加登録・各種申込の手順(How to register)

本ページの下部にある「登録サイト」をクリックし、申込みサイトにお進みください。
Click "Registration Site" below, and proceed to the online form.

個人情報をご入力ください。
Enter your personal information.

確認画面にてご確認いただき、クレジットカード支払・銀行送金を選択してください。
Please select your payment method, credit card or bank transfer.

登録完了しましたら、ご指定アドレスに受領完了メールが届きます。
When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
※予約番号が発行されます。発行された予約番号はメモを取って、大切に保管してください。論文投稿と、参加登録後の内容変更時に必要となります。
※Please take a note of the provided registration number and keep it safe. It is required for paper submission and revision of your registration data.

※PCからのメール拒否設定をされておりますと確認メールが届かない場合がございます。
完了メールが届かない場合は、robomech2023-0313@or.knt.co.jpまで、メールでお問い合わせください。
※The notification may not reach you if the device is set to reject e-mail from a PC.

クレジットカード支払いを選択された方は、そのままお支払い画面にお進みください。
Proceed to the payment screen.

クレジットカード決済が出来ない場合はマイページより「お支払いに関するご案内」→「お支払方法の変更」から再度クレジットをお選びいただきクレジット決済画面にお進みください。
※本決済システムは、ベリトランス社のセキュリティサービス 3Dセキュア（本人認証サービス）を使用しております。
※エラーが続く場合は、robomech2023-0313@or.knt.co.jpまで、メールでお問い合わせください。

お申込みの際は、お手元に下記をご用意下さい。
①事前資料送付先住所
②日本機械学会会員番号、協賛・後援団体会員番号
③クレジットカード(クレジットカード決済希望の場合）
At your entry please prepare following:
①Mailing address of documents to be sent
②Number of Member of JSME, Number of Member of Associate Society
③Credit card (in case of payment by credit card)

変更・取消について(Change/Cancel)

下記期日までは、お申込いただいた参加登録サイトにて登録内容の変更・取消が可能です（登録時にご自身にて設定されたIDとパスワードが必要となります）。
You can change and cancel your registration through the registration site by the following date (ID and password are needed).

変更・取消期限(Deadline of change/ cancel)

2023年5月22日（月）17:00： until 17:00, May 22 (Mon.) (JST)
※事前参加登録受付期間内

上記期日以降は、参加登録サイトでの変更・取消はできかねます。
期日以降の変更・取消をご希望の方は、メールにてご連絡ください。
※ご入金後は理由の如何を問わず一切返金できませんのでご了承ください。
After the date, you cannot change/cancel your registration status on the registration site. If you want to change or cancel your registration status after the date, please contact us by e-mail.
*No fee is refundable for any reason after payment has be done.
