Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT) will assist you in your registration and accommodation arrangements for the 41st Annual Conference of the Robotics Society of Japan (RSJ 2023), which will be held at Sendai International Center, Miyagi, Japan, from September 11(Mon) to 14(Thu), 2023. The procedures for registration is described below. We are happy to help you for arranging your registration and accommodation. We appreciate your early entries and reservations.

本講演会は（公財）仙台観光国際協会からのコンベンション開催助成を受けることが内定しています。
同協会からの助成を受ける条件となっておりますため、ご入力頂く参加者氏名と都道府県名（海外からの場合は国名）を同協会に提供することにご同意くださいますようお願いいたします。
RSJ2023 has been informally approved to receive a conference organization grant from Sendai Tourrism, Convention and International Association (SenTIA.) Please agree to provide SenTIA with your name and prefecture (or country in the case of participation from overseas) as it is a condition of receiving the grant.

請求書をご希望される方は、下記項目を登録サイト内【支払方法】ページにて、ご入力ください。

If you need an invoice for the registration fee, please enter the payment method page in the web site.

領収書・参加証について(Receipt and Certificate of Participation)

参加登録費・論文投稿費に関する領収書と参加証は、以下の通り発行いたします。
・8月28日(月)までに参加登録、お支払いを完了された方：事前にご指定の住所宛てに郵送いたします。
・8月29日(火)以降に参加登録、お支払いを完了された方：当日会場にてお渡しいたします。

The Robotics Society of Japan will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, additional paper charges, and the proceedings, and the certificate of participation,
・People who complete registration and payment by Aug 28 (Mon): You will get those items by mail.
・People who complete registration and payment after Aug 29 (Tue): You will get those items at the venue on the conference day.

一時託児のご案内(Short-term Childcare)

日時：9/11-14　プログラム開始30分前から、プログラム終了30分後を計画中
場所：仙台国際センター展示棟または会議棟
託児料金：無料（利用者数が想定を大幅に超える場合、一部利用者負担をお願いする可能性があります）


Date: 30minutes before program star to 30minutes after program end, Sep 11 to 14
Place: Exhibition blg. or Conference blg. of Sendai International Center
Fee: Free (There’s a possibility to ask partly costs burden.)

※申し込みは早期事前参加登録締切（2023年8月14日正午）まで受け付けます。
※申込者には追って担当実行委員より託児に関するご連絡を差し上げます。
※一部日時のみの利用も承ります。
* Childcare applications will be accepted until the deadline for early registration (noon, August 14, 2023).
* The person in charge of the organizing committee will contact the registrant for childcare application.
* The use of only a part of the day and time is also acceptable.


利用をご希望の方は、参加登録の際にお子様のご人数、ご年齢をお知らせくださいませ。

変更・取消について(Change/Cancel)

下記期日までは、お申込いただいた参加登録サイトにて登録内容の変更・取消が可能です（登録時にご自身にて設定されたIDとパスワードが必要となります）。

You can change and cancel your registration through the registration site by the following date (ID and password are needed).
