Registration Period

Online registration is available now.
Closing date of online registration: 17:00 (JST) February 21 (Fri), 2025.
Each poster presenter must complete registration and fee payment before the abstract submission.

*To complete online registration, participants need to finish payment before the closing date.
*After February 21, all participants need to register on-site at symposium registration desk.

Registration Fee

[Participation and Presentation]

Regular Participant: 26,000YEN (w/ Reception)
Student Participant: 12,000YEN (w/ Reception)

[Welcome Reception]

Regular and Student participant: 9,000YEN
*The Welcome Reception will be held as a joint event with the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan (PPSJ2025) on March 26 (Wed) , 2025.
Participants attending both events must pay the reception fee either at this Joint Symposium or the Annual Meeting of PSJ to avoid double payment.
**The ceremony for the poster award will be held during the Welcome Reception Banquet.

Payment

Each poster presenter must complete registration and fee payment before the abstract submission.
Please make the payment in Japanese YEN using the following credit cards at My Page (online registration system): VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB.

《Only for residents in Japan》

Convenience store payment and banking are available only for residents in Japan. For more detail information on convenience store payment and banking, please refer to the site “参加者へのご案内” on the “令和7年度日本植物病理学会大会” website.

Receipt & Participation Confirmation

Receipts will be available for download from MyPage. If a Participation Confirmation Certificate needs to be issued, please request it at the registration desk on the day of the conference. If you would like us to issue the certificate in a specific format, please contact the organizing committee by e-mail (psj2025-a@kagawa-u.ac.jp) in advance.
