Participants who wish to make a presentation are requested to submit a half-page A4 abstract online on this website.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the Abies 2016 Scientific Committee, and a notification of the result (accepted/rejected, presentation type) will be e-mailed to the presenting author by 30 April, 2016.

Assignment of contributed papers to oral or poster presentations will be made by the Scientific Committee. Due to a tight schedule of the congress, some contributed papers might be assigned to poster.

The best poster award will be selected from poster presentations.

• You will receive "Confirmation e-mail" from registration secretariat.

• Principal author’s name
• Title of paper
• Your " Paper Application Number"

in the text.

To avoid garbled printout, all the fonts should be embedded in the PDF file, which can be checked in the property of document. The simplest way of embedding fonts is to select "High Quality" (or "Ko-hinshitsu Insatsu" in Japanese) in property when you make a PDF file.
