Steps of "Paper Application"
Participants who wish to make a presentation are requested to submit “Paper Proposal Form” online on this website.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the 2016 EAAA Meeting , and a notification of the result (accepted/rejected, presentation type) will be e-mailed to the first author by July 25, 2016.
Paper proposal had been closed.
- Enter information of the first author.
- Enter information of the co-authors (if any).
- Enter the category of presentation: individual paper or part of a session
- Enter the title of the proposed session (if part of a session)
- Enter the name of the session organizer (if part of a session)
- Enter the paper title
- Enter the paper abstract (200-300 words)
- Enter keywords (maximum 3)
- Check the form and submit.
- You will receive a "confirmation e-mail" from the conference secretariat.
Session proposal for organized session
Participants who wish to organize a session are requested to submit “Session Proposal Form” online on this website.
The proposal will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the 2016 EAAA Meeting , and a notification of the result (accepted/rejected, presentation type) will be e-mailed to the first author by July 25, 2016.
Session proposal had been closed.
- Enter information of the principal session organizer (contact person).
- Enter information of the co-organizers (if any).
- Enter the session title
- Enter the session abstract (200-300 words)
- Enter keywords (maximum 3)
- Enter the name of the chairperson, paper presenters and discussant(s)
- Check the form and submit.
- You will receive a "confirmation e-mail" from the conference secretariat.
*Please note that the session organizers must also submit paper proposal if they are presenting a paper in the proposed session.
Proposal Deadline
All proposal (Individual or organizing a session) must be received by June 24, 2016. extended until July 15,2016.
