Participants from overseas who need to apply for a "Japan Entry Visa" should register by June 30.

Note:

• The presenters of all oral presentations MUST REGISTER by June 30, 2018, for his/her presentation to be included in the program. Otherwise the mode of presentation will be automatically changed to poster presentation.
• The presenters of all poster presentations MUST REGISTER by July 31, 2018, for his/her presentation to be included in the program. Otherwise the presentation will be automatically cancelled.
• If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to <s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to <+81-11-251-2288> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
• On-line registration will be closed on July 31, 2018 at 24:00 JST (Japan Standard Time). All registrations made after this date will be handled as "On-site".
• Our company name (Kinki Nippon Tourist Hokkaido Co., Ltd.), not the name of the conference, will appear in your credit card statement.
• On-line registration rates will be applied only when you settle your payment by the designated deadline through credit card payment or bank transfer.

You can register and settle your payment (credit card or Japanese Yen cash) at the Conference Registration Desk. If you settle your payment at the Registration Desk, your registration will be categorized as "On-site", and you will be charged the “On-site Registration” rate.

On-site registration will be available from 15:30 on September 3, 2018 to 12:00 on September 6, 2018.

Fees for the welcome reception, banquet, coffee-breaks are included in all registration fees.  Please note that the fee for the conference excursion is included only in the registration fees for general participants and accompanying persons.  Students can attend the excursion by paying the excursion fee.

The conference welcome reception will be held at Hokkaido University on Sept. 3, 2018.

The conference banquet will be held at Hokkaido University on Sept. 5, 2018.
Fee: Included in all registration fees.

The conference excursion will be held on the afternoon of Sept. 6, 2018. We are planning to visit Nikka Whiski Yoichi Distillery and Otaru Canal. After returning to Sapporo, we will have dinner at Sapporo Beer Garden (Barbecue with fresh draft beer).

Fee: Included in the registration fees for general participants and accompanying persons. Students can attend the excursion by paying the excursion fee.

The deadline for the payment of on-line early registration is June 30, 2018 (24:00 JST) and that for the payment of on-line late registration is July 31, 2018 (24:00 JST).

Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wiring, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-251-2288> to avoid any miscommunications. The remittance bank account will be informed by e-mail.

On-line early registrations which fees were paid by June 30, 2018, 24:00 JST: No refunds from July 1, 2018.

All other on-line registrations: No refunds from August 1, 2018.
