On-site Registration:

You can register and make a payment (by a credit card or by cash) at the registration desk. If you make a payment at the registration desk, your registration choice will be categorized as "On-site" .

Note:

• 1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
• 2) On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
• 3) The name of the conference will not appear but our company name will in your credit card statement.

Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards:
                VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the transfer.
When you complete the transfer, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-251-2288> to avoid miscommunication.
The conference bank account will be announced on the "On-line Registration" page.

             Credit card transaction must be made by August 10, 2017 at the latest.

             Credit card transaction must be made by August 31, 2017 at the latest.

 

On-site payment

On-site registration and payment will be available at the conference registration desk.
We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen.

If you need an invoice to pay by bank transfer, please e-mail us(i.e. s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp,).
You will get your receipt for registration/banquet fee on registration desk at the venue.
