On-line Registration

On-line registration(Late Registration) will be closed on September 30, 2019 at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time).

Participants from overseas who need to apply for a “Japan Entry Visa” should register by 30 August, 2019

The registration fee includes full participation to all of academic presentations, congress materials, reception, lunch and coffee break.

The on-line registration accepts only credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) payment.

Note:

  • If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to <s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to <+81-11-221-5491> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
  • Our company name (Kinki Nippon Tourist Hokkaido Co., Ltd.), not the name of the conference, will appear in your credit card statement.
  • On-line registration rates will be applied only when you settle your payment by the designated deadline through credit card payment or bank transfer.

On-site Registration

You can register and settle your payment (Japanese Yen cash only) at the Conference Registration Desk. If you settle your payment at the Registration Desk, your registration will be categorized as "On-site", and you will be charged the “On-site Registration” rate.

Cancellation policy:

[Early Registration]:
The cancellations must be received on or before 9 August, 2019.

[Late Registration]:
The cancellations must be received on or before 30 September, 2019.

In both case, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10,000 JPY). No refunds will be made for any cancellation after that date.

Payment

A basic condition for the payment of registration fee date is just as same as registration deadline day.

Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

The cancellations must be received on or before 30 September, 2019. In this case, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10,000 JPY). No refunds will be made for any cancellation after that date.

Registrations, hotel reservations, and payments will be handled by us, Kinki Nippon Tourist Hokkaido Co., Ltd., Hokkaido DM Branch, a travel agency and a professional congress organizer in Sapporo. If you have any special wishes or requirements concerning accommodation, please contact us.
