Those who wish to make a presentation are requested to submit a half-page A4 abstract online on this website.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the AAO2014 Organizing Committee, and a notification of the result (accepted/rejected, presentation type) will be e-mailed to the presenting author by May 25, 2014.

Assignment of contributed papers to oral or poster presentations will be made by the organizing committee. Please kindly notice that the slots for contributed oral presentations is limited due to a tight schedule of the congress, most of the contributed paper will be assigned to poster, where in-depth discussions are anticipated during the two days of congress.

The Best Presentation Awards will be selected from oral presentations and poster presentations.

• Choose your Specialty, Topics, Keyword(s) and presentation style.
• Enter title of your paper
• Check this form and submit.
• You will receive "Confirmation e-mail" from conference secretariat.

Please send your half-page A4 abstract (PDF file) as an attached file by e-mail with;

• Principal author’s name
• Title of paper
• Your " Paper Application Number"

in the text.

Your half-page A4 abstract (PDF file) should be sent to AAO2014 conference secretariat (aao2014@or.knt-h.co.jp)

To avoid garbled printout, all the fonts should be embedded in the PDF file, which can be checked in the property of document. The simplest way of embedding fonts is to select "High Quality" (or "Ko-hinshitsu Insatsu" in Japanese) in property when you make a PDF file.
